Job summary

The Aerospace Corporation in Crystal City, VA seeks a Digital & Systems Engineering Leader to support NNSA Defense Programs. You will drive SEI expertise, lead MBSE efforts, and coordinate with senior stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions in a hybrid onsite/remote model.

Focused on problem definition, team assembly, and mission assurance, you’ll ensure timely, credible technical recommendations across complex modernization projects and cross-cutting initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or related field.
• Eight or more years of proven experience in systems engineering and related areas.
• Ability to translate customer problems into executable technical plans.
• Experience with MBSE and model-based development approaches.

Responsibilities

• Lead MBSE and MB development tool implementation for acquisition programs.
• Define and deploy Mission Assurance practices across the enterprise.
• Interface with NNSA leadership to identify and address complex challenges.
• Assemble cross-functional teams and drive delivery from problem to solution.
