Job summary

The Squires Group, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Digital Project Manager to lead multi‑workstream technology initiatives for a major utility in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

This role offers a hybrid work arrangement with onsite presence in Tysons, VA up to three days per week and travel 20–25% as needed for engagements. You will drive end‑to‑end delivery, define scope and budgets, coordinate vendors, and ensure compliance in a regulated environment, collaborating with business

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT project management experience delivering complex, multi-workstream initiatives.
• Experience supporting Retail Energy systems (EDI, billing/CIS, pricing, scheduling, CRM).
• Experience in matrixed environments with multiple vendors and third‑party providers.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder-management skills; excellent communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and common collaboration/reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex digital projects from planning through implementation.
• Define scope, timelines, budgets, and success metrics with stakeholders.
• Manage project execution, risks, and governance using enterprise tools.
• Provide clear status reporting to stakeholders and leadership.
• Coordinate vendors, contracts, and third-party dependencies.
• Oversee testing, deployment readiness, and post-implementation reviews.
• Ensure regulatory, audit, and corporate standards compliance.
• Build alignment across cross-functional teams.
