Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in business process/systems analysis or operations improvement.
• Experience in engineering, manufacturing, supply chain or service delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Define future-state business processes with stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and translate needs into technology-enabled solutions.
• Prioritize enhancements and promote adoption of standard, data-driven practices.
