Hibu is seeking motivated sales professionals to join its Business Development Team in a distance-based hybrid role anchored to the Cedar Rapids, IA area. The position offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, with the potential for strong earnings as you grow the client base.

You will initiate conversations with warm leads, present Hibu’s all-in-one digital platform (websites, SEO, SEM, display ads, social media), and close deals to help small businesses
