Hibu Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join a growing team in the United States.

The role offers a base salary with full benefits and uncapped commissions, plus ongoing training to win and advance in a fast-paced digital marketing industry. The position features a hybrid work environment (home office and in-field) with a structured onboarding program including about 3 weeks of classroom training and 9 weeks of field training, while targeting strong growth in small business

• Sell Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model.
• Manage Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO.
• Cold call business owners and prospect within a territory to set appointments and assess needs.
• Grow your book of business with small businesses and earn residual commissions through account management.
• Deliver virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.
