Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Kento hybrid digital/flexographic printing equipment according to job specifications.
• Monitor print quality, color consistency, and registration during production runs.
• Review job tickets and production schedules for accuracy.
• Adjust machine settings to optimize performance and minimize downtime.
• Perform routine cleaning, preventative maintenance, and upkeep.
• Troubleshoot print quality and mechanical issues with maintenance and leadership.
• Inspect finished materials for customer and quality standards.
• Track production metrics such as output, waste, downtime, and efficiencies.
• Assist in press changeovers and material staging activities.
• Maintain organized, clean, and tour-ready work areas.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
