Qualifications

• Experience operating flexographic and/or digital presses preferred.
• Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain flexographic and digital printing presses.
• Ensure accurate color, registration, and print quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot press issues.
• Inspect printed materials for consistency and quality.
• Collaborate with production team to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
