Job summary

INTEGRITYOne Partners is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to lead the build and automation of secure CI/CD pipelines for solutions supporting federal clients. The role emphasizes collaboration across diverse teams to deliver scalable releases, ensure compliance, and enhance overall security posture.

You will work in a hybrid setup with periodic onsite presence in Crystal City, VA, and engage in continuous learning, tooling modernization, and high-impact projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship and ability to obtain DHS 6C Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field is preferred or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to work on-site in Crystal City, Virginia 1–2 days per month.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant DevSecOps/CI-CD experience; more senior levels considered.
• Experience designing automated, secure CI/CD pipelines for government or high-security environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate builds and deliver releases in 2–4 week sprints.
• Develop automated, flexible, high-performance CI/CD pipelines for multiple languages and tech stacks.
• Diagnose and resolve complex DevSecOps issues and implement secure deployment practices.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams; adapt to tight timeframes.
