Motion Recruitment Partners LLC is seeking a hands-on DevOps Engineer to advance cloud and deployment infrastructure. This full-time role in Chelmsford, MA offers a hybrid schedule with three onsite days per week and a focus on CI/CD, deployment automation, and reliability across cloud-hosted and client environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps, Cloud or Infrastructure engineering.
• Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting.
• Production Kubernetes experience and cluster tooling knowledge.
• Hands-on Docker experience and understanding of Docker Swarm.
• Experience supporting Azure environments.
• Scripting in Python, Bash or Go for automation.
• Familiarity with monitoring/observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
• Good communication with clients during upgrades.

Responsibilities

• 50% Azure, 30% Docker/Docker Swarm/Kubernetes, 20% Grafana/Terraform/Python/Bash/Prometheus.
• 40% Hands-on work; 30% Cloud & Environment management; 30% Collaboration & documentation.
