Job summary

Tablet Hotels - The Hotel Experts at MICHELIN is seeking a DevOps Engineer in New York City to join a hybrid team. You will help design and operate our cloud infrastructure, bridging AWS-hosted services with modern CI/CD pipelines and serverless components.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a software development environment.
• Experience with an environment hosted in AWS.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (i.e. CloudFormation, Terraform).
• Experience working with Linux based systems (or other *nix).
• Scripting experience (Bash, Python or other programming experience a plus).
• Familiarity with cloud-based monitoring tools.
• Familiar with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Contribute to system design and manage cloud infrastructure.
• Handle database and systems administration, OS and application testing.
• Monitor, automate, and support infrastructure and networks.
• Maintain infrastructure as code via CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide tier-1 support for hybrid office and on-call rotation.
