Job summary

ECI is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our Global Technology team, supporting multiple client systems. This customer-facing role requires excellent English communication, a proactive mindset, and professionalism.

The position is in-office five days a week with a commute to Midtown Manhattan as needed. The candidate will drive automated CI/CD pipelines, monitor and improve release processes, and provide technical support to development teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing fully automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with distributed systems and scalable architectures.
• Strong programming, SQL, and scripting skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Lead monitoring and optimization of pipelines for performance.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Escalation management for production outages.
• Define and measure KPIs for operational excellence.
• Create and maintain environments for development, staging, and production.
• Automate testing procedures and recurring tasks where possible.
