Job summary

AgWest Farm Credit in Spokane, WA, seeks an Operations Delivery Advisor II or III to join the Application Services team. This full-time role ensures reliable, secure, and scalable software delivery from development to production, driving DevOps practices, automation, and observability.

You will collaborate with delivery, project and technical teams, define roadmaps, optimize CI/CD pipelines, monitor performance, and contribute to governance and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of DevOps, System Engineering, or Cloud Operations experience.
• Ability to lead large projects with cross-functional stakeholders without direct supervision.
• Strong expertise in CI/CD tools and agile methodologies.
• Demonstrated interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the software and application strategy aligned to delivery, platform, and business outcomes.
• Translate priorities into a practical DevOps and platform roadmap.
• Establish engineering standards and contribute to technical governance.
• Communicate strategies, trade-offs, and risks to stakeholders.
• Ensure documentation for pipelines, platforms, and operational processes.
• Inform budgets and vendor relationships related to Delivery, DevOps, and cloud infrastructure.
