The position emphasizes CI/CD pipeline ownership, automation, and cross-functional collaboration to improve release quality and lead times, with eligibility for hybrid work after an in-office training period.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, business or related field.
Three to five years’ DevOps, System Engineering, or Cloud Operations experience.
Ability to lead large, complex projects with executive stakeholders.
Strong expertise in CI/CD tools.
Knowledge of continuous engineering or agile methodologies.
Demonstrated interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the software and application strategy aligned to delivery, platform, and business outcomes.
Translate priorities into a practical DevOps and platform roadmap.
Establish engineering standards and governance.
Communicate strategies, trade-offs and risks to stakeholders.
Ensure documentation exists for pipelines, platforms, and operational processes.
