Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant IT experience.
• Experience with Windows desktop/mobile devices, OS deployments, and image maintenance is preferred.
• Desirable: PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Configuration Manager experience.

Responsibilities

• Creates and maintains custom Windows images for end user devices.
• Optimizes OS configurations for peak performance across environments.
• Manages hardware standards and collaborates with vendors on device roadmaps.
• Provides operational 3rd level support and troubleshooting.
• Gains knowledge of company-wide systems and applications to support the business.
• Work assignments may include 24x7 coverage.
• Travel to other locations may be required.
