Job summary

Closets by Design is seeking Designers/Sales Consultants in a hybrid remote role. You will help clients organize their homes with in-home design and sales support, scheduling appointments close to their location, and walking through spaces to identify opportunities.

The position offers 1–2 years of sales experience, a flexible schedule, and comprehensive training with opportunities for performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience.
• Reliable access to a motor vehicle with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Computer / laptop not required, but recommended.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales day with an appointment scheduled close to home.
• Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on our products and services, all material provided.
• Design in home.
