Jacobs in Honolulu, Hawaii is seeking a Project Manager to lead design projects consisting of multi‑discipline teams from design kickoff through construction. You will primarily support DoD and Federal Civilian clients using Design‑Bid‑Build and Design‑Build delivery methods, delivering robust solutions and value to the client and Jacobs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Architecture, plus experience as a client‑facing Design Project Manager managing multiple disciplines

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Architecture.
• Experience as a client facing Design Project Manager managing multiple disciplines.
• US Citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously, completed on time, within project and construction budgets and in accordance with agreed scope.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with the client from beginning to end.
• Develop project proposal fees and scope with discipline directors and design leads, then lead in fee negotiations with the client.
• Facilitate communication plans and conduct status review meetings with stakeholders and clients during project execution.
• Monitor financial project metrics, schedules and staffing requirements.
• Guide overall development and quality of project documents per Jacobs Quality Program.
