Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering with 2+ years of related experience or PE certification.
• Experience with design life analysis and testing.
• Strong CAD and drafting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects through the Rite-Hite Stage Gate process.
• Create CAD drawings and models for prototyping and testing.
• Develop product requirements and prototypes.
• Coordinate with suppliers and prepare purchase specs.
• Write test plans and direct verification testing.
• Support production, service, and aftermarket teams.
