Job summary

The candidate will develop requirements, create CAD models, validate designs via tests, and collaborate with suppliers to deliver robust solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B. S.) in mechanical engineering with at least two years related experience or training; PE certification considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional design projects through the Rite-Hite Stage Gate process.
• Develop product requirements, concepts and prototypes.
• Create CAD drawings and models for concepts, prototyping, and testing.
• Coordinate with suppliers and write purchase specifications.
• Visit customer sites to evaluate and troubleshoot products.
