You will champion quality, innovation, and client-centric design across all departments. You will supervise a team of designers, direct design presentations, monitor development, and provide strategic design direction to ensure firmwide consistency. Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of architectural design leadership experience.
• Bachelor of Architecture is required; NCARB registration.
• LEED AP is preferred; healthcare, corporate or education projects valued.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide design leadership across the practice and ensure high-quality design outcomes.
• Direct design presentations and maintain firmwide design standards.
