Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with medical/dental terminology is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and visitors and direct them to appropriate departments.
• Check patients in and out accurately using the scheduling system.
• Verify patient information and collect co-pays as applicable.
• Schedule, cancel, and reschedule appointments following clinical protocols.
• Maintain health information in paper and electronic records in accordance with HIPAA.
• Coordinate care across medical, dental, and behavioral health services.
• Respond to patient inquiries and resolve concerns to improve satisfaction.
