Specialty1 Partners in Glendale, CO, is seeking a skilled Dental Assistant for a busy specialty practice with a hybrid schedule option. You will support the dentist with 4-handed dentistry, sterilization, patient prep, and post-op care while maintaining a welcoming environment for patients.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year experience, a dental assistant certificate, and knowledge of safety regulations. Benefits include medical, vision, life and 401(k) plans, plus PTO and disability coverage.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of proven dental assistant experience.
• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods.
• Understanding of health & safety regulations.
• Must be able to sit/stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to assist patients safely in chairs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and prepare them for treatment.
• Assist dentist through 4-handed dentistry.
• Sterilize instruments according to regulations.
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with payments.
• Schedule appointments and post-op visits.
• Keep the dental room clean and well-stocked.
• Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions.
