Ford Motor Company is seeking a Data Scientist to design production-grade solutions for global supply-demand matching systems. This cross-disciplinary role blends Data Science and Software Engineering to build scalable data products that influence strategic direction.

You will focus on high-accuracy demand forecasting and predictive modeling, translating business problems into analytical formulations and collaborating with engineers and product owners to deploy actionable ML solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and ML/Optimization techniques.
• Ability to collaborate with software engineering teams to move models into production.
• Translate real-world business problems into analytical formulations and interpret results for non-analytics partners.

Responsibilities

• Demand forecasting & predictive modeling using time-series, causal inference, and optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver analytics software and socialize results with business partners.
• Own end-to-end development from data sourcing to deployment including ML ops, monitoring and data drift detection.
• Create visualizations to connect data, reveal patterns and communicate market trends and supply constraints.
• Stay updated on data science and analytics tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and robustness.
