Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC in Keene, NH seeks a Demand Planning Analyst to manage end-to-end forecasting and promotional activity for assigned customers, coordinating with Procurement to meet service and inventory targets.

Responsibilities include SKU-level forecasting, turning demand, weekly ad and forecast reviews, and cross-functional communication. 0–2 years wholesale experience preferred; strong Excel and analytical skills required; some cross-training travel may occur.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 0–2 years wholesale experience a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with intermediate Excel skills.
• Analytical and math-based with working knowledge of statistics; minimal travel for cross-training.

Responsibilities

• Forecast promotional and turn demand at SKU level for assigned customers.
• Manage distributions, ad changes, and activations from info receipt to booking expiry.
• Maintain and adjust the turn forecast; perform real-time promo analysis to optimize service/inventory.
• Run reports on product allocation for promotions and turn forecasts; communicate with procurement.
• Participate in weekly ad conference calls and daily service reviews; weekend coverage as needed.
