Brown-Forman in Louisville, KY is seeking a Demand Planning leader to drive IBP strategy across U.S. markets. You will translate market intelligence, customer programs, and historical trends into actionable demand plans, collaborating with commercial, production, and distribution teams.

The role requires 5+ years in supply chain with 3+ years in Demand Planning/S&OP, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with SAP IBP and Kinaxis. Hybrid in-office role with some remote Fridays.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of supply chain experience, including at least 3 years in Demand Planning, forecasting, S&OP/IBP.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred in supply chain, business, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Develop short- and long-term demand plans by market/brand/SKU using statistical modeling and market intel.
• Lead market-level Commercial Forecast meetings to challenge assumptions and align goals.
• Collaborate with National Accounts to incorporate promotions and launches into the plan.
• Serve as regional expert for Kinaxis, ensuring forecast integrity and process improvements.
• Manage KPIs, perform root-cause analyses, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams to shape local and global supply chain initiatives.
