Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, supply chain or related field; 4 years of direct demand planning analytics may substitute for degree.
• 2+ years experience in demand planning/forecasting or statistical modeling.

Responsabilités

• Develop, maintain, and execute forecasting and decision models for labor, material, tooling, and facility demand.
• Provide guidance to demand planning team and support monthly planning meetings.
• Communicate forecast and inventory estimations to management and monitor changes in forecasts and budgets.
