The role involves supporting the SI&OP team, presenting to a broad audience, and responding to customer inquiries. U.S. citizenship and a university degree are required; SAP and MS Office experience are preferred.

• Experience communicating with customers and stakeholders.
• Experience generating reports and analyzing data.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of Customer Purchase orders from initiation to fulfillment.
• Manage Customer demand forecast.
• Manage Customer Zero Hour Returned Units and gain insights into product lifecycle.
• Support SI&OP team and present in Demand Reviews.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and efficiently.
