Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a Demand Planner for a hybrid role located in Towson, MD, with options for Ohio or Connecticut locations. You will maintain forecasts, analyze data, and collaborate cross-functionally to support new product transitions and market trend analyses.

The role requires a BS in Business Administration or Supply Chain and 3-5 years of supply chain experience, with preferred knowledge of JDA Manugistics, SAP, Kinaxis, and AI-related processes.

Qualifications

• BS in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3-5 years of Supply Chain experience.
• Knowledge of JDA Manugistics & SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively maintain forecasts, analyze data and report findings.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product and Supply to plan transitions and develop market trend analysis.
• Assist in monthly S&OP meeting preparation.
• Lead or support continuous improvement projects to achieve 99% fill rates.
• Analyze data and report findings.
