Life Fitness in Rosemont, IL is seeking a Demand Planner / Inventory Analyst to forecast demand, manage inventory, and ensure product availability across U.S. distribution centers.

You will build forecasting models in Excel, analyze data, support SIOP, and partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations to optimize planning. This hybrid role offers collaboration days in-office and remote Mondays and Fridays.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in demand planning, forecasting, or related supply chain role.
• 2+ years with Oracle or similar ERP system.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, or related quantitative field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills: Pivot Tables, Lookup, SUMIF.
• Ability to build forecasting and financial models.
• Strong communication and ability to explain data to non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational and priority-management skills.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple functions and locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts for finished goods across business units.
• Analyze historical data, identify trends, and improve forecast accuracy.
• Review forecast assumptions and challenge conclusions supported by data.
• Monitor inventory levels and product availability at the U.S. distribution center.
• Develop reports and dashboards tracking key supply chain metrics.
• Support SIOP by consolidating forecast information from domestic and international teams.
• Support new product launches and phase-in/phase-out planning.
• Build forecasting models and scenarios using Excel and analytical tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve planning processes, reporting, and tools.
• Maintain accurate planning data in Oracle.
