Job summary

Tractor Zoom is seeking a Demand Generation Specialist in West Des Moines, IA, offering a hybrid, full-time role. You will own day-to-day demand-gen tasks, building and deploying email campaigns, managing lists, and ensuring data hygiene across HubSpot and Salesforce.

You will support both B2B and B2C programs for dealers, lenders, and auctioneers, coordinating with content teams to keep campaigns on schedule and contributing to ABM initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in demand generation, marketing operations, or digital marketing.
• HubSpot proficiency and/or certification encouraged.
• Familiarity with ABM frameworks or account-based campaign execution is a plus.
• Exposure to Salesforce or similar CRM for pipeline attribution is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy email campaigns, nurture sequences, and automated workflows in HubSpot.
• Support B2B and B2C campaigns across dealer, lender, and auctioneer segments.
• Manage contact lists, segmentation, lead scoring and data hygiene in HubSpot/Salesforce.
• Maintain governance for UTM naming and attribution data.
• Coordinate with content/creative teams to get assets into campaigns on schedule.
• Own event planning, logistics, and nurture sequences around conferences.
• Support ABM campaign infrastructure across OEM and dealer segments.
