Job summary
MSIG USA is seeking a Delivery Lead/Program Manager to shepherd the Global Insurance Program (GIP) from discovery to go-live by April 1, 2027. You will coordinate strategy, architecture, and operations with business, technology, and vendors, ensuring disciplined delivery and governance remain aligned with strategic outcomes.
The ideal candidate has 8+ years leading complex, cross-functional, regulated initiatives in insurance or similar fields, with strong communication and RAID management
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in program delivery, technology delivery, or transformation programs.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving business, technology, operations, and vendors.
- Strong facilitation and executive stakeholder communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the integrated delivery plan across GIP workstreams and milestones.
- Drive disciplined execution from discovery through go-live with clear outcomes and acceptance criteria.
- Establish governance cadence: steering committees, leadership alignment, and status reporting.
- Coordinate cross-functional inputs across strategy, compliance, product, operations, and technology.
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and decisions with owners and deadlines.
