Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a SME/Team Lead.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Client Facing/Operations environment.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Customer Service Call Center environment.

Responsibilities

• Assign all work assignments, commit the team to the work, manage the quality of the work and drive the people management activities within the team.
• Analyze and solve moderately complex problems; may create new solutions.
• Understand strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.
• Interact with direct supervisor; may interact with client teams or Accenture management.
