Qualifications

• 28 years of substantive litigation experience in general/product/premises liability.
• Admission to the Nevada bar.
• Hands-on deposition, discovery, motion practice, and pre-trial prep.
• Strong legal writing and research skills.
• Comfortable in courtroom settings with judges.
• Ability to manage a full caseload.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 1020 matters from intake through trial.
• Investigate claims and build case handling strategy.
• Take and defend depositions and draft pleadings and motions.
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw.
• Attend hearings and prepare pre-trial and trial documents.
• Report to clients regularly and keep them informed.
