Qualifications

• Must be admitted to the Arizona bar in good standing.
• 4+ years of experience in commercial litigation, product liability, and/or personal injury defense.
• Ability to draft opinions, motions, and legal memoranda with strong academics.
• Willingness to participate in business development efforts.
• Nevada bar admission or admission to other Hinshaw offices' states is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle a diverse and challenging defense caseload with significant responsibilities from day one.
• Contribute to business development efforts as part of the practice.
