Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking a mid-level Associate Attorney to join its Debt Finance Practice Group in a hybrid Boston-based role.

The candidate will handle complex leveraged finance transactions for private equity sponsors, banks, and private credit lenders across multiple deal structures. The position requires a JD from a top-tier law school, active bar admission, and 3–5 years of relevant experience, with strong drafting, negotiation, and coordination skills to support

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing, or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.
• 3–5 years of substantive experience representing private equity sponsors, banks, and/or private credit lenders in leveraged finance transactions.

Responsibilities

• Represent private equity sponsors and financial institutions in sophisticated debt finance transactions.
• Draft, negotiate, and manage financing documents such as commitment papers, credit agreements, and security agreements.
• Advise clients on structuring and execution of senior, mezzanine, and unitranche facilities.
