Candidates should have 3–5 years experience, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and a record of structuring leveraged loans, credit facilities, and related documents. This hybrid opportunity offers direct client exposure and a path to leadership within a global platform.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing, or eligible to obtain admission promptly.

Responsibilities

• Represent private equity sponsors and financial institutions in sophisticated debt finance transactions, including leveraged buyouts and acquisition financings.
• Draft, negotiate, and manage key financing documents such as commitment papers, credit agreements, and security agreements.
• Advise clients on structuring and execution of senior, mezzanine, and unitranche facilities.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the firm’s private equity, M&A, tax, and restructuring teams to deliver transactional support.
• Serve as a key contributor throughout all stages of transactions—from term sheet negotiations through closing.
