Job summary

Coast Professional, Inc. is seeking a Consumer Care Representative to initiate outreach to debtors, explain delinquencies, and outline repayment options under close supervision.

You will perform routine collections and escalate complex matters to supervision or clients as needed, while following scripted procedures. The role involves contacting employers and third parties as required, documenting interactions, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws.

Qualifications

• Skip-tracing debtors to locate current residence and employment information.
• Handling incoming and outgoing collection calls.
• Negotiating balance in full payments, payment arrangements or legal referrals.
• Reading and following scripts verbatim.
• Follow Federal/State laws and company policies.
• Documenting interactions with Debtors.
• Additional duties as assigned based on line of business.
