Nelipak Healthcare Packaging is seeking a Business Data Specialist to drive data creation and maintenance for Winston-Salem operations, interfacing with SAP and cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes accuracy, governance, and collaboration across Production, Purchasing, and Quality Assurance.

A split of duties favors data activities with some purchasing support. You will manage master data requests, ensure data integrity, and assist with data movement between plants while supporting the DMS

Qualifications

• Robust knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
• Hands-on experience with spreadsheets, MS Excel, and proprietary software.
• Strong background in using Microsoft Office applications and software.
• Solid interpretive, analytical, and math skills with a high degree of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent data skills with ability to incorporate good written & oral communication.
• Ability to organize and disseminate information efficiently, using judgment and prioritization to meet deadlines.
• Must be able to work with and communicate to all levels of resources and management.
• Proactive problem-solving and vigorous investigative skills, able to work on own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Execute data creation and maintenance to ensure complete and accurate data for productive use.
• Control internal and external change requests across departments per requirements and procedures.
• Review master data requests for classification, priority, and completeness.
• Maintain and track progress in data quality improvements.
• Identify and resolve data-related issues through root cause analysis and corrective action.
