Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline; master’s preferred.
• 5–8+ years in data science, ML, and software engineering.
• Experience with Azure and Databricks; production models.
• Experience with time-series forecasting, anomaly detection, and optimization.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams; executive storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Develop predictive and prescriptive models for forecasting, capacity planning, energy optimization, and reliability.
• Integrate models into operational workflows and automate data pipelines.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, IT, and Data teams to align analytics with business goals.
• Monitor model performance and governance; ensure reproducibility and documentation.
