Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be academically enrolled and pursuing a program of study.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and complete multiple tasks.
• Experience with customer service or support roles.
• Interest in learning Power BI, Tableau and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with SQL, databases, or data concepts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Criminal history checks may be required for access to systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with intake, triage, tracking, and documentation of ServiceNow requests.
• Maintain communication between users and the technical team for timely resolution.
• Clarify needs and gather reporting information from requestors.
• Support requirements gathering for enterprise report development.
• Perform data validation, QA, and testing for reliable reporting.
• Create and use process docs, templates, and user guidance.
• Support operational reporting, data cleanup, and process improvements.
• Participate in team meetings and project work.
