Responsibilities

• Assist with intake, triage, tracking, fulfillment and documentation of ServiceNow requests and support tickets.
• Manage communication between users and the technical team for timely resolution; clarify needs and gather reporting info.
• Communicate with requestors to clarify needs and gather information for reporting and data requests.
• Support intake and requirements gathering for enterprise report development.
• Perform data validation, quality assurance, and testing for accurate reporting.
• Use and maintain process documentation, email templates, job aids, and user guidance.
• Support operational reporting, data cleanup, and process improvement activities.
• Participate in team meetings, project work, and planning activities.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
