Job summary

Ruby's Place dba Restorative Pathways (RP) in Tracy, CA seeks a Data and Reporting Specialist for hybrid in-person and remote work. This full-time, non-exempt role handles high-volume data input from multiple sources and supports reporting.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, experience with HMIS, proficiency with Google Suite, strong data-entry speed, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information in a mission-driven nonprofit environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with HMIS strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Google Suite.
• Interested in processing data for a nonprofit service agency.
• Experience in a mission-driven organization and handling sensitive information.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and meet deadlines.
• Ability to prioritize and complete tasks within established timeframes.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity with data; comply with victims services laws.
• Strong computer skills and fast, accurate data entry.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Able to complete background checks, fingerprinting (Live Scan) and licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Input data from multiple sources and maintain data integrity.
• Routinely generate monthly reports and maintain documentation practices.
• Assist with quarterly, bi-annual and annual reporting including narrative writing and staff communications.
• Assist staff with data system accounts and facilitate trainings on processes.
• Verify and edit data across multiple systems; flag missing information.
• Document processes and procedures; adhere to agency technology guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Participate in meetings with supervisor and attend mandatory staff meetings.
• Complete functional timesheets by due dates; participate in reflective supervision.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
