Enlighten leads big data solution development and cloud services; the DataOps team ensures reliability, uptime and fast delivery of mission-critical data sets. You will be the primary technical contact for stakeholders and translate intricate requirements into actionable engineering tasks.

Formación

• Active Secret DoD clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI.
• 9+ years in technical operations or data management with a relevant degree; OR 7 years with a Master.
• Distributed systems and cloud platforms experience handling high-volume data.
• Observability and log analysis skills for monitoring health and latency.
• SQL for data validation with team and customer.
• Scripting (Python or Java) to automate tasks.
• Strong technical communication with non-technical stakeholders.
• DoD 8140/8570 IAT Level II certification.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the liaison between the customer and the technical team; translate needs into tasks.
• Assist in managing daily DataOps team operations to accelerate data availability.
• Oversee deployment and maintenance of data flows using standard templates.
• Tuning cluster performance and pipeline monitoring to minimize latency.
• Drive evolution to automated, proactive operational models.
• Coordinate with other teams to reuse scripts and flow strategies.
• Implement automated quality gates and schema validations.
• Troubleshoot dataflow issues across distributed environments.
• Other duties as assigned.
