• Proficiency with CRM and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational and administrative activities in support of revenue goals.
• Maintain the Gift and Estate Management assignment queue.
• Develop donor-facing materials and departmental materials.
• Track progress and prepare reports.
• Support operational excellence and ensure expenditures are in accordance with guidelines.
