Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related fields.
• 3+ years of related experience in financial services or technical analysis.
• High proficiency with Excel.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally with a variety of internal and external parties.
• Ability to take broad concepts, break down and determine a solution forward.
• Understand the fundamental data flows for data domains related to pricing, security master, analytics and downstream impacts.

Responsibilities

• Understand Data Operations functions and impacts to downstream processes, infrastructure and clients.
• Key activities include security master setup, pricing and analytics.
• Oversee delivery of service from appointed Third Party Service Providers.
• Complete assigned data tasks and support teammates as needed.
• Apply critical thinking and asset knowledge to support daily and monthly processes.
• Perform business analysis to determine best practices within daily production/projects.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance data quality and customer service.
• Maintain daily production standards and project commitments.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and internal customers.
