Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in CRM administration, data operations or analytics, HubSpot preferred.
• Working knowledge of SQL and data pipeline concepts (ETL/ELT).
• Experience in nonprofit, fundraising or donor data environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the Foundation’s CRM infrastructure.
• Manage CRM system operations and data integrity.
• Provide system support and training for CRM tools.
