Job summary

Alliance Health is seeking a Data Governance Analyst to support the development and continuous improvement of the organization’s data governance framework. You will partner with business and tech stakeholders to promote data ownership, ensure data trust, and enable regulatory reporting and informed decision-making.

This full-time hybrid role requires in-office presence in Morrisville, NC on Wednesdays and within 50 miles of Morrisville.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with three years of healthcare IT experience.
• Experience with data governance and data management.
• Experience with BI tools and reporting.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and data privacy.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage enterprise data governance policies and standards.
• Monitor compliance with data policies and regulatory requirements (HIPAA).
• Support data quality, metadata management, and data stewardship programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and report program health using dashboards.
• Assist in governance technology evaluations and administration.
