Alliance Health seeks a Data Governance Analyst to lead the enterprise data governance program, ensuring data quality, security, and regulatory compliance across the organization.

The role partners with business and IT stakeholders to promote data ownership, create metadata practices, and support reporting and analytics that improve member outcomes. Hybrid work with required in-office Wednesdays in Morrisville.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field with three (3) years of IT/healthcare data experience
• Experience in Data Governance and Data Management
• Experience with BI and reporting tools such as Power BI and spreadsheets

• Develop and implement enterprise data governance policies and standards
• Monitor HIPAA compliance and data policies
• Maintain data catalog and document data lineage
• Collaborate with data stewards and business teams to promote accountability
• Develop dashboards to report program health and data quality KPIs
• Provide training materials and support for governance tools
