Judi Health is seeking a Data Exchange Analyst to ensure accurate, secure data exchange between Judi Health and partners. You will work on healthcare data formats, file transformations, error resolution, and monitoring of data feeds for medical, dental, and vision claims.

The role requires knowledge of EDI, data integration, and HIPAA compliance, with a focus on data integrity, collaboration with stakeholders, and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or related field.
• Knowledge of healthcare claim adjudication processes for medical, dental, and vision.
• Familiarity with EDI SNIP validations and EDIFECS.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, data integration, or EDI in healthcare.
• Strong understanding of healthcare EDI transactions (e.g., 834, 837, 835).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Familiarity with FTP/SFTP/FTPS.
• HIPAA and healthcare regulation understanding.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and derive root causes.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, JSON; other data skills a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data mappings and transformations for healthcare files.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to define data requirements and specs.
• Onboard, test and certify new connections and transaction sets.
• Develop data validation rules to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies and errors in a timely manner.
• Monitor system status and data exchange performance.
• Provide troubleshooting and documentation for data exchange issues.
• Identify opportunities to optimize and automate data exchange processes.
• Generate reports and analyze data trends.
