Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1+ years of experience in PBM, Healthcare, Data Exchange, and Integrated Accumulations.
• Ability to map PBM concepts and data fields across systems for data transfer accuracy.
• Strong analytical skills to identify root causes of complex business problems.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, JSON and other technical data skills preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship abilities.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated member accumulations data exchange feeds with partners and internal teams.
• Coordinate accumulation issue identification and resolution with internal and external partners.
• Identify and triage accumulation issues; support data transfer, loading, and management.
• Monitor system status and data quality to detect potential abnormalities.
• Resolve issues and errors within defined service levels using operating standards.
• Validate data integrity through audits and reconciliation processes.
• Participate in projects with accumulation impacts, including vendor changes and migrations.
• Adhere to Capital Rx Code of Conduct including reporting noncompliance.
