Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2+ years administrative or clerical work.
• Proficient data entry skills.
• Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and update information in multiple systems.
• Verify data for completeness, consistency, and quality.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies or escalate issues as appropriate.
• Process large volumes of information while meeting productivity and accuracy expectations.
• Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of company and customer information.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of seasonal workloads.
• Work on projects as assigned.
